Light, Camera, Anti-Corruption

Movies have a significant impact on spreading ideas, shifting perspectives, shedding light on societal corruption, and fostering accountability among both citizens and those in positions of power.  

Onion Films Nepal organized a residential filmmaking workshop titled “Light, Camera, and Anti-Corruption!” held from November 24th to 30th, 2023, in the picturesque setting of Dhulikhel. Twenty-four young individuals from various regions of Nepal participated in the workshop, honing their skills in filmmaking. Following the workshop, these participants shared their stories, from which five were chosen for further development into films.
